Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content - Sample Packs)

 

As the Sample Packs we offer are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived and immediately extinguished under the following strict conditions.

 

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

 

Your right of withdrawal for this purchase is immediately lost upon order completion and is legally excluded, provided that:

  1. Explicit Consent: You have expressly consented during the checkout process (via the required checkbox) that we may begin the execution of the contract (immediate access to the download link) before the withdrawal period expires.

  2. Acknowledgement: You have acknowledged that you are aware that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the contract execution is initiated.

By successfully completing the purchase and receiving the download link/access, the contract is considered fully performed. Consequently, a refund or cancellation is excluded.

 

Exception: Technical Defects (Warranty)

 

This exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory warranty claims in the event of technical defects. If you find that an audio file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically non-functional, please contact us immediately for correction.
